Consumption

The CompuTank computer keeps track of two types of consumption.
TIMER:  Measures consumption since timer was started or restarted.  This can be used to measure consumption between intermediate points on a trip.
TOTALIZER:  Measures consumption since last time totalizer was reset or power to the CompuTank was turned on.  This is normally used to measure consumption for the entire trip.
